Ingredients:
- Milk 250g
- Coconut milk 250g
- Granulated sugar 40g
- Light cream 30g
- Lemon juice 20g
- Gelatin Powder/Agar Powder 1.5tbsp
- Vanilla Essence 1tsp
Instructions:
- Mix warm milk and warm coconut milk
- Add granulated sugar, light cream, gelatin, lemon juice, vanilla essence and mix well
- Pour mixture into the Bunny Mould and refrigerate
- After 3 hours, remove from the refrigerator and mould
- Release the chubby bunnies
